Staff are courteous and friendly, time to perform services was a little long, other than that i am satisfied, but also did not show that my request for a winter inspection was performed on my bill, i am just hoping that it was.

Terrible customer service and below average cleaning standards. Came to look at a pre- owned trucks and they all had the GM “Enhanced Vehicle Cleaning” stickers on them. Tell me how there was a cigarette in the back seat of the first one. Cigarettes ashes in the vents in the second truck. Pet hair in the third one. Greg was condescending and incompetent. He tried to lie to us and said no one smoked in the second truck we looked at, yet the ashes were clearly visible in the air vents. (See attached for photos.) Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I bought my car from this dealership. It was great customer service and I felt like I was well taken care of. The salesperson Peter who helped me was so nice and told me everything I needed to know. He answered all of my questions and responded quickly to my emails. I am very satisfied with my car and the price I was offered. I even received a Costco spending card as an extra bonus for my purchase! Thank you!
