We dealt with the salesman, Granville, who was very prompt with reply back right away. Booked a test drive online and did most of the deal over the phone, which between living out of town and COVID restrictions helped a lot. We got a fair trade in value and was able to close the deal. The car was ready on time on the specified pick up date and away we went. Thanks Granville, it’s going to be a great commuter car!!I would recommend this dealership and salesman 👌

Sales people are great to deal with, but you'd be better off paper cutting your eyelids rather than going back there to have them look after any issues! If you like having an ongoing relationship with a dealer you buy from then this one may not be the one for you.(In response to owner)I'm sorry but I tried 3 times to contact a manager have my issues dealt with. Even left messages twice. No one ever returned my calls. For the most part everyone at the dealership is friendly, but its unacceptable to not look after a customers concerns. Especially after trying 3 times to resolve the issue. I was very nice on the phone, was never rude, never raised my voice, and asked politely for a return call. Unfortunately I have since sold that vehicle and have taken my business somewhere else, but I do appreciate your response.

I bought my car from this dealership. It was great customer service and I felt like I was well taken care of. The salesperson Peter who helped me was so nice and told me everything I needed to know. He answered all of my questions and responded quickly to my emails. I am very satisfied with my car and the price I was offered. I even received a Costco spending card as an extra bonus for my purchase! Thank you!

Took my truck for complimentary oil change and tire rotation as well. It was done within a few hours, and ready for pickup. Steve was great, and most helpful when helping us. OMS never disappoints!

What a great experience, we love our new XT6 and Dana Golden did a awesome job with the delivery. The social distances measure in place at the dealership were excellent. The staff at OMS had the vehicle ready and it was in beautiful condition, sparkling clean. Dana did a fantastic job of showing all of the features of this vehicle in a clear and concise manner. I would encourage anyone looking to buy a new GM vehicle to visit OMS.
