Called in to get some parts for my car. The parts "pro" did not had any information about most of the parts. And was talking in a rude manner. Poor customer service. Last place to call for parts.

This dealership is a joke, we have had are truck in to the shop for transmission repairs. The shop foreman knows whats its doing, went for a drive with me. And heard felt the shifting issues its haveing. Replaced a few minor parts. Went and picked it up put 50km and the transmission was still acting to sane way as when we first took it in. Cody in service says if it continues to act up bring it back. Well need less to say its been back. And once again, we get that call from cody.. theres nothing wrong with your truck. I will never buy anything EVER again from this company. They are only happy when they sell you a truck. And know dam well theres some major issues with it. And refuse to fix the problem, just put a bandaid on it to limp it tho. For it breaks down after warrantys over Nd i have to spend thousands of dollars to have a transmission that works right..
