We took possession of our new CX-5 today. Even when their entire computer system went down due to a power outage, the sales team and finance team were able to make the delivery possible. Delivery was delayed by 12 hours and the sales manager went above and beyond to ensure our needs were fully met. Well done to the Barrhaven Mazda Team. A special thank you to Max in sales for his straight forward and honest approach to selling cars.

Fantastic Experience

I haven't car-shopped for 11 years and I was pleasantly surprised when I entered Barrhaven Mazda and Maxwell Hickson welcomed me. Maxwell was attentive, honest and extremely pleasant to interact with. He went above and beyond regarding customer service. When my husband decides to trade in his Mazda I sincerely hope Maxwell is still at this location or I guess we'll have to follow him wherever he goes!!

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Barrhaven Mazda with Max while shopping for a new car. We were undecided about buying a new or used vehicle and never felt pressured to buy a new vehicle. He was very accommodating with various test drives and with discussing our options. Our final decision, a Mazda 3, is meeting our needs perfectly. The other staff we met there were equally professional and showed the utmost respect.
