My buying experience at Barrhaven Mazda went even better than planned. Forget all that you assumed about car sales people and their crooked tactics; the staff at Barrhaven Mazda went above and beyond to ensure that I got the very best deal, both for my purchase, and my trade in. I worked with 3 different people who all handled my sale with as much care as the last, and when it came time to drive the car off of the lot, it was just as seamless and pleasant as the purchase itself. Thank you Barrhaven Mazda, and in particular, Mo, James, and Maher. Not only will I spread the good word about BH, but I’ll also be back for my next car :).

Great service and caring staff. I purchased 2019 MIATA 30th anniversary at this month. She is a very special and limited edition of MX-5, so they needed a tow truck to bring her from another city. It was a great experience not only for getting an amazing car, but also for getting professional service from their staff. James has been a tremendous help through out the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend James to any one purchasing a vehicle. And also thanks Dawn and Mark for professional services. By the way, they still have a 30th MIATA RF AT. Go and get her home as soon as possible! Because M iata I s A lways T he A nswer Zoom Zoom :)

I’ve only had experience with the service but it was nothing but a great experience. We didn’t buy the car here but we bring it in for warranty and stuff I can’t fix. I work on my Mazda and buy OEM parts and they do nothing but support me and give me tips. They never tried to sell me anything. Highly recommended!*****

My wife and I just purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from Barrhaven Mazda and could not be more excited about the vehicle. Overall, the purchasing process and experience was smooth and stress free. Few individuals deserve recognition: 1) Ahmad W. took the time to answer all our questions (which were too many to count!) He demonstrated good knowledge of the issue and patience to deal with us. We visited the showroom few times without feeling the pressure to finalize the deal. His performance and attention to details during Pre-Delivery Inspection was impressive. Thanks Ahmad. 2) Dawn M., the business manager, is a consummate professional. We couldn't ask for a better person during this experience to make the purchase happen. Thanks Dawn. 3) Mark M., sales manager, is friendly and competent. We appreciate very much the work that he and his team did, Thanks Mark.
