I went in to look at a vehicle, the experience that I had at this dealership was bad. I test drove the car and they evaluated my trade in. They came at me with a extremely low price, 2k less than I could get from another dealership. They also showed me the payment plan of the car, it was not a proper bill of sale. The salesman wrote it down on a piece of paper, like he drew a diagram lol

Worst dealership. They never return your call. I got a car from them and had few followup questions regading my lease. Called them so many times since Feb 2020 but still haven't got my questions answered. They only focus on selling. Worst after sales support. Next time dont ask customers to give 5 stars when Mazda send the after sales email.

I had a great experience with Barrhaven Mazda. Kanata Mazda provided me a quote and after going in to test drive upping that quote by 30$ a month(with no offer to honor and actually telling me no Mazda dealership in Canada could match) I opted to look else where. I called Barrhaven, went in the following day, sent them the quote and they met it within a couple dollars, we signed the deal and it was done, i didnt even need to test drive as I new the 2020 CX5 was for me! The purchase was quick , easy and they had the car ready for me in 2 days as mine broke down, very pleased. Thanks again!!

I had an amazing purchase experience here at barrhaven Mazda. I purchased a CX-5 from James who has done an amazing job from A-Z and presented a great experience. Dawn the finance manager also did a great job and gave me the best advice and explained my lease contract to me in detail. They had the patience to give me a great car purchase experience. Will be returning for my next car ! Thank you Barrhaven Mazda !!! :)
