Kara & Marilyn took excellent care of me and your mechanic appears to have fixed my problem. Only thing that hurt was the price of repairs, but I had to be done.

Staff is friendly, upfront, and professional. I was having some problems with my truck and after it was diagnosed, they contacted me and were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait (damaged tie rod, which I know could present more problems and be more costly should it break) Prices of any repairs were presented before any work was done so that there was no surprises on return (actually a small surprise as my bill was a little less than originally quoted)

Needed software upgrade on my CRV. Had to go in twice, as Honda's computer system was down the day of my appointment. That was an inconvenience. Servers were excellent.

Well it’s been almost a year since I purchase my new vehicle and so far from the salesperson Jayson to the service people like Taylor it’s been a great experience. Thank you Palladino you’ve come a long way from my previous purchase in 2001.
