Your flooring is very dangerous. I suggest you change it or place a lot of rugs. I fell and injured my left wrist and right knee which was not a good day for me.

The splash guard under the front bumper was damaged & dragging caught it on a parking barrier ( those lovely cement things that snag every vehicle when one pulls in too far. It dragged on my return from North Bay - I couldn't pull it off and had no duct tape to even attempt to do a quick fix., Came in to Palladiino 20 minutes before closing on the Thursday - counter staff squeezed me in; mechanics did an interim quick fix at NO charge ( which was much appreciated ) and by Monday morning I was driving off with a new splash guard - at slightly less cost than what I was ballparked on the Thursday ). That is why I come back. That is why I talk positively about Palladino. That is real customer service. The only thing missing - at the Honda dealership in St John's Newfoundland-Labrador they have popcorn as well as a variety f coffees ! Signed, one satisfied customer who just brings her own popcorn to Palladino. R-A
