Service was great. Everyone is friendly. Only complaint would be I asked the service department if out studded tires from our 2016 would fit the 2017 and we were told yes, but when we got it home the 2017 tires are 18" and the 2016 tires are 17". Besides this we are very happy with Robs service :)

We were very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of our questions. If we have any more questions we know we will be able to get the help we need. We love our new civic!

winter tires - made an appt well in advance , the Lady call the day before to confirm my tire size, i called it in and to called if anything else is needed. I arrived the next day for my appt they said i was not on the sched, i was on in couple of days, i received a text msg to my cell phone for the 5:00pm appt . The tires did not arrive on the morning delivery so they said the PM delivery they where not in. I drove 2 hrs to be at the appt on time. No one called me to say the tires did not come in. They did send me home with Honda winter tires on but now i had to drive back for another appt. They said they would take the tires off the rims and when my tires come in they would just have install. i got home and the tires where still on the rims , now i had to lug the rims and ties again to Honda. communication was not there.

Your flooring is very dangerous. I suggest you change it or place a lot of rugs. I fell and injured my left wrist and right knee which was not a good day for me.

The splash guard under the front bumper was damaged & dragging caught it on a parking barrier ( those lovely cement things that snag every vehicle when one pulls in too far. It dragged on my return from North Bay - I couldn't pull it off and had no duct tape to even attempt to do a quick fix., Came in to Palladiino 20 minutes before closing on the Thursday - counter staff squeezed me in; mechanics did an interim quick fix at NO charge ( which was much appreciated ) and by Monday morning I was driving off with a new splash guard - at slightly less cost than what I was ballparked on the Thursday ). That is why I come back. That is why I talk positively about Palladino. That is real customer service. The only thing missing - at the Honda dealership in St John's Newfoundland-Labrador they have popcorn as well as a variety f coffees !
