My sales expert Ellis Boucher went above and beyond to find the colour and trim in the Crv I wanted. He also arranged to get me Leafs license plates which are awesone. Overall, from Mike in finance to Kara in service, I was very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend buying a Crv at Palladino Honda!

I waited a long time for my servicing to be done.

My servicing appointment was at 9 am and I waited until 6 pm to have everything completed. The reason I was given was because they needed to do additional brakes and rotors. My shuttle arrives 15 minutes early and I lost time at work to sit at the dealership and wait.

Too long of a wait

What should've taken 45 min. It took 3 hours. That was horrible don't like to wait that long to have my tires change over to my winter tires

Even if I had an appointment for a set time, I had arrived earlier then anticipated and my vehicle was taken in right away. The problem is promptly fixed, as is customary. I have no complaints.

I brought my vehicle to Palladino Honda for service appointment. Left my car there at 8am (booked @8am) and picked it up by 5pm. Then I found out that they didnt do the alignment check so I had to book again to have it done some other day. What a hassle!
