Buying new tires

When My daughter showed up they told her that the tires weren't in stock and in the end they did have them. When we picked up the car Dan was not there so they forgot to give us rebate so now I have to go back.

I receive my first Honda vehicle in 2015 as a gift and happen that Rob was the sale person at that time. I was very impress with his respectful behavior, the quality this man give to his customers. I always told myself the next vehicle it will be a Honda again and hoping to have the same sale person. I was very grateful to have Rob again.

Service was great. Everyone is friendly. Only complaint would be I asked the service department if out studded tires from our 2016 would fit the 2017 and we were told yes, but when we got it home the 2017 tires are 18" and the 2016 tires are 17". Besides this we are very happy with Robs service :)

communication break down

winter tires - made an appt well in advance , the Lady call the day before to confirm my tire size, i called it in and to called if anything else is needed. I arrived the next day for my appt they said i was not on the sched, i was on in couple of days, i received a text msg to my cell phone for the 5:00pm appt . The tires did not arrive on the morning delivery so they said the PM delivery they where not in. I drove 2 hrs to be at the appt on time. No one called me to say the tires did not come in. They did send me home with Honda winter tires on but now i had to drive back for another appt. They said they would take the tires off the rims and when my tires come in they would just have install. i got home and the tires where still on the rims , now i had to lug the rims and ties again to Honda. communication was not there.
