I have had the worst experience. I picked up a 2021 dodge charger they had on their lot. They sold me a car that should not have passed safety. The rear brakes wear metal on metal. I heard a sqeak. I took the car to my mechanic. He said I need new brakes and rotors, to call the dealership back. So I called and texted my sales associate with my concerns sending the picture in. I talked to the service department manager. And booked my car in a couple of days later. I was under the impression from what we had discussed that both the brakes and rotors were getting replaced. I drove over an hour to take the car back. They told me exactly that I needed brakes and rotors. And because they don't have the parts in stock they have to order them I waited a week with calling in 3 times to find out if the parts had come. It took a week to get hold of somebody and they scheduled me in a week later. So now I'm at 3-4 weeks of having this issue. Now Finally get there and all they changed was my brakes and not rotors. Leaving me with grinded down rotors. So result it was never fixed properly. They had the audacity to tell me that my car will always sound like that with the squeaking when I break. That there was no real fix to that because of the type of car it is. I ended up just taking the car back to my mechanic, knowing he would get the job done right. Now, I have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been done when purchasing the vehicle.

Absolutely terrible dealership. I’ve never experienced worse than this. Completely incompetent staff. Sales reps have no idea about the cars they are selling. Finance managers can’t do basic math except for when the program does it for them. Almost charged me $2,000 more because of a “little miscalculations”. Extremely pushy, disrespectful and judgemental. Lots of hidden fees. Stay away at all costs

I just bought a 2023 Honda Civic from Brantford Honda and I have to say it was the absolutely best dealer buying experience that I have ever had in my life. Hunter Richardson was very friendly, professional and he made me feel I was a valued customer. He did a fantastic job showing me the features of my civic with a very comprehensive demonstration and fully answered all my questions. I made the trip from Kitchener just to get this car at this dealership and I think you will like coming here to purchase a car here as well. Thanks

Went to Brantford Honda paid 40,000 out right for a 2020 Honda pilot drive it for 4 months for all dash lights to start coming on now needing to be fixed one part alone they said is going to be about 2500 to fix when I took it in for diagnostic they cleared all codes and nothing has come back on since so they sold it and certified it knowing it was going to need work but cleared the codes until they came back on after driving it for a little bit and all I get told is oh nothing can be done it’s a used vehicle and is sold as is but it didn’t say anything about that on the paperwork will not go back there and will not recommend anyone to go there for a new or used vehicle ever the worst experience ever buying a vehicle I guess I will have to get my own diagnostic tester for buying a vehicle at dealerships the next time

If you have a trade in Stay away from this dealership. Great salespersons but horrible & racist appraising manager Mike Oakley. He is a lowballer & honestly donot know anything about cars. I came twice for different trade ins. Same experiance. He even drove my Mustang 5.0 which we never agreed on that he will. For everyone"s reference- I had a Manual 2021 Mustang GT Premium. With Performance Pack Level 1 401A package , smart & safe package. Recaro sports bucket seats, roush intake, active valve exhaust from factory. Car was no accident. Rust proofed. 5 year paint protection. Brand new set of tire and rotors. He lowballed me at $34,000 while they had a base 2019 Mustang Gt for sale listed at $47500 on their own dealership. He was just supposed to take pictures and checkVin and all but he took it for a spin without confirming with me. Anyways i sold the Mustang in same week in Brantford to a dealership for $45000 plus tax savings. Yes $11000 more than what he appraised it at. Months passed. This time i came in to trade in 2023 Elantra Luxury, 5 year paint protection. Only 8,000Kms. He said car is not worth $24,000. Their sales staff is really nice and values your time but Mike Oakley is straight out racist and lowballs all the time. Sales people put so much effort to get it all done but he comes forward to break the deal every single time. As long as Mike stays at the dealership neither me nor either of my friends or family will be ready to deal with Brantford Honda.
