I found SMP to lack professionalism and organizational skills. Had an appointment scheduled for 11am for them to work on my truck, but wasn't not even looked at at 5 when I called for an update. I decided to take my business elsewhere so I politely asked Cody(service manager) to leave my truck outside with the keys in the gas cap. When I arrived there and my truck was nowhere to be found. Lucky for me I got there at 5:55 and I was able to get somebody to retrieve my truck from the secured area at the rear of the building. Thirdly, I booked my truck in under my name and they proceeded to call the pervious owner (my dad) for permission to work on the truck. So what if the pervious owner was not a close family member? Look at the work order instead of just scanning the vin number. Anyways I decided to leave a review of my experience at SMP. I do not believe the representatives I dealt with were rude etc, but I do think they may be too ambitious. Namely, my annoyance is the fact I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time for somebody to work on my truck and it was not even looked at. Best of luck to you and and your business.

A special thx to SMP Motors, for all of those working at SMP Preowened Vehicles , which made that possible for me to get my AWD -Chevy Trax 2018 , this time of year, Jan/2019. After this experience I won’t hesitate to send others to fullfil their need and dream about their car at SMP .
