We bought our car today from Jilene Allan at SMP. The entire process was wonderful from start to finish. We went to SMP because of Curtis and he directed us to the perfect car and then to Jilene to help us through the process. Riun Bolld was amazing when we did the financing as he was with the previous 2 vehicles that our daughter bought. The next vehicle will definitely be bought from SMP as we are thinking of trading in our jeep for another Chevrolet.

Drop off today to the service dept for an oil leak from my Volt went well. They were very busy but it felt efficient...will update as they progress. Everything went as expected. The leak turned out to be what I figured and they repaired the seal lickety-split. The communication that Rebecca provided through the process was more than expected and very much appreciated.

The service people are friendly but The service and the hidden costs are terrible ,, I brought my truck in for starter troubles but I was informed if they didn’t find anything I would be charged shop rate plus the extra hidden charges .so I drove it out totally disgusted with smp service,, That was one time .. the day before I booked my car in for service work for 8:00 am so I brought it in at 7:00 am .. I was informed the cost for diagnostics and inspection so before anything was started I was at 400.00 already . And I informed them I needed it back by 2:00 pm so at 1:00 I went there and still it wasn’t even looked at and nobody called ,, so I took it out and disgusted again!!) Such a terrible experience !!! Frustrated

Stevie was wonderful to work with. He was able to take all my requests and find a vehicle within my price range and that I was absolutely in love with when I drove it off the lot. SMP went above and beyond to make buying a vehicle hassle free and enjoyable

I was very happy with the level of service from the team at SMP. Everyone was helpful, reasonable, and willing to negotiate in order to get me into the truck I wanted. Big thanks to Angela, Brandon, Rick and Dana. I’ll definitely be back!
