Purchasing a car through Jami Allan was a great experience. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. She was polite , professional and made sure we got everything we needed. Thanks Jami. I look forward to our next vehicle purchase with you.

Yesterday my traction control light came on and my truck started shaking when I gave it gas. I pulled over checked fluids started again and revved up no strange noise or shake until engaged in drive and gas given. I hobbled it over to SMP and Rebecca in service called this morning staying they think it might be a push rod and that they would need to take it apart to find out what all was wrong. I said don’t touch it and called a tow truck this afternoon. Rebecca called and wanted $280 or she wouldn’t release the truck to the tow driver. I asked what was the charge for she stated that they took apart and found bent push rod and said they would have to take take apart further to find out if more damage and said “I gave you a quote”. This was not the case at all. Complete lie! Will never take another vehicle here

Hello James, the vehicle you refer to was a company truck that had a flashing check engine light and was "shaking". When you brought it in you authorized up to one hour for diagnosis and engine disassembly. Once the diagnosis was complete you were given a repair estimate. Estimates are stored electronically and kept on file for 30 days. You had declined further repairs and requested that the engine be reassembled. You were only charged an additional half hour for engine reassembly. I reviewed the punch times and see that you were only charged for a portion of the time the technician had actually invested. Essentially, you were only charged for the amount you had authorized, and no more. It is not reasonable to expect that there would be no charges at all for time invested by a journeyman, factory trained, technician to work on your vehicle. Please keep in mind repairs completed at SMP using OEM parts carry a full one-year warranty on parts as well as labour. I hope this clears things up. Michael Kocsis, Assistant Service Manager, SMP.

Stan Garchinski was extremely helpful in the entire process of making the purchase and registering the vehicle in Saskatchewan. We are a BC company and we had to jump through a few hoops. He introduced us to a great insurance agent and even came by the airport to pick us up! Thank you Stan and the SMP team; your action reflects how much you value your customers.

I just purchased my first new car from Jami, Jilene & Dannah! They were FABULOUS! They were so helpful, caring & understood what I could afford. They did not try to push something on me. I was very impressed & with the speed they got things done! Go see them if you are looking for a new car!
