Salesman very friendly, likeable & knowledgable. Cleanup done on used vehicle purchased was disappointing. Inside of windshield was left unclean, polish used on upholstery was not wiped off & same on overhead areas.

Terrible sales service. Won’t provide a quote on a truck. I’ve never seen a more inept sales department in my life. Literally told me that they would be $7,000 above any other dealer!

Try to get in for an oil change on a saturday morning only to be asked did i make an appointment? I informed her no because your website says "no appointments necessary" Then she says that we only take appointments and there is no walk ins today as were full for the day. that was a complete waste of my time as i drove 20 bloody minutes from where i live just to be turned away. Maybe they should change there slogan or motto on their site as what i understand it said this..."Our service department is now open on Saturdays from 9am-6pm and on Thursdays until 9PM for oil changes, no appointment necessary! We offer Certified Service Express Oil Changes, just drive in and get your oil changed, no appointment needed!................yeah right.
