TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TREAT YOU TERRIBLE I called cause my truck cause it was making a weird noise and the girl on the phone said you can bring it by and we’ll get a service tech to look at it then when I arrived I went to the services advisor and asked her if you can take a look the. She responded with “absolutely not its a Friday and it’s 4:00 pm hunny”and I was not impressed I’d recommend never going here and instead go to Georgian Chevy and Buick way better and kinder service .

I am writing this review as so many people find it difficult to have a great salesman help them at a dealership. We were looking for a new Truck and I reached out to Alex Schaffernicht he was amazing! Reached out right away and always getting back with any question and trying to work with us and our requests and budget. We didn't buy a Truck from him as we found one closer to home. But IF you are looking at Georgian Chevrolet/GMC you will not be disappointed with Alex he is fantastic!

I just purchased my terrain from Georgian Chevrolet. My sales rep was Wayne he was phenomenal. Start to finish he walked me through my purchase, the service desk, made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about my car. Thanks, Wayne.

I've been a customer since 1994 , the service department is awesome, if I have any issues with the quality of work done on my vehicles they will make it better for you and that's what's important ! Great place !!!

They should be clearer with the lists of people who are waiting for electric cars, for example, they order it but they never tell you you are number 5 or 1000, and that they clearly respect the list, a few weeks ago electric cars entered and they do not know I respect the list because according to what they were for a pharmacy company, or is it that my money is not worth it too?
