Great experience at Georgian Chevrolet after we ran into truck trouble on our way up north. Both Tim (service advisor) and Lawrence (Technican) were able to help us out in a very friendly and efficient manner. Now back on the road again with dog in tow. Thanks again for the great experience.

I had meant to share this experience earlier but life got in way. Last year around February 2021 I had decided to bring my truck in to give it up. I was leasing and could no longer afford payments especially since i had a tenant who had further complicated my life and was not paying me rent. I went to Georgian GMC and had spoken with Bob or Robert Gill about giving up my truck my father had came with me. As a women i didnt feel comfortable going in without my father as many auto places take advantage of our lack of knowledge. My father wanted to come as i did put 14k before the lease and we were hoping to get something. Robert (Bob) Gill was rude and insulted my fathers english by asking me what he said when my father was very clear. He acted as if he was boss and he is the #1 reason i dont trust this dealership. I left defeated and heartbroken and this man was deceitfulful. Never again even lied to me about my plate covers saying they were broken and he threw them out. I went to garbage and they were perfectly fine. He took advantage of my situation and never batted an eye. Dont take your trades here! Dont go to tjis dealership as obviously they seem to hire sleazy sleaseman.

Customer service has been delivered absolutely amazing by the service advisor named Laura. She has been great from the start with me and had always kept me up to date with any changes that are happening to my car. She is a person I will always go back to! Thank you for everything!

Dropped car off Thursday afternoon,,was called Friday at 5 to be told car hadn't been touched..took day off work with no pay and car didn't get fixed..nice one Chris Cambell..very,very,very poor service..perhaps you can replace him with someone competent
