Brought the van do get my sliding door lock fixed. A week later the whole lock fell out of my door. They tried to charge me when I hadn’t used the van for the week due to being on holidays. Now 2 weeks later my lock won’t even lock and they are trying to charge me again for faulty work on their end

This is the worst dealership have ever dealt with. They make females feel like their dumb and no nothing about cars. Wish I could give a no stars but I guess you can't that might hurt their feelings. They don't have someone double check, work done on a car. I had to bring my car in three times just to have break and tires changed all because they forgot to change my tires after they took them off to change my breaks. Then on top of that they didn't even double check to make sure all the wheel nuts were on tight and I had a loose wheel nut that just came off on its own. I refused to bring my car in, as I feel like they won't take me .seriously and just try to tell me that I have to get a more then I need done. And the cost of labour is ridiculously outrageous. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please to worry about reaching out to me. I really don't care to give you guys business anymore..

Brought my vehicle in for a tire swap & oil change. Everything seemed fine. After a couple of days of driving, my steering wheel began shaking and my GMC Acadia started making pounding noises. We called to make an appointment but they weren't able to get me in until 3-4 days later. Had no vehicle for those days, as I was scared my car would just break down in the middle of nowhere. My husband took the car in on the day of the appointment and was told that he was lucky as the wheel was ready to fly off. Thankfully it didn't, because that could have been a real tragedy. My husband left the vehicle and took the shuttle home, leaving us without a car to transport our 5 children from school & work. My older kids had to uber and my husband had to miss a day of work. Our vehicle was there from approximately 9am. It was nearing the service centres closing time and we still hadn't received any word on what was wrong with the vehicle or authorize any repairs. I told my husband to call just to follow up. When he called we found out our vehicle had "not gone in yet." We had no car for a full day so it could sit in the parking lot! When we finally got the car back there was nothing wrong. The only issue was that my wheel was not installed properly when we originally brought it in for our winter tire swap. We should not have had to come back for this. It should have been done right the first time! When we brought it back the second time it should have been taken care of right away. Not at the end of the day. When our appointment is at 9am it should have been "taken in" at that time not 6-7 hours later. I can understand a 1-2 hour delay but 6-7 hours is just ridiculous! My appointment should have been at 4-5pm.

Alex Schaffernicht was absolutely wonderful and he helped us in so many ways! We bought two cars with him, he solved all our problems and was always so understanding of the fact that we have a baby on the way and were anxious to get the cars as soon as possible. My husband does not speak English well and he was very patient and helpful, he treated us so well and really cared. We definitely recommend him, it was a wonderful experience that we will always cherish in our hearts, especially after being so ill-treated in other places like Chrsyler Dodge RAM, where we bought a brand new $100k truck and were treated like trash by very snobby staff every time we needed to get any service done in the truck. At Georgian Chevrolet not only Alex was always very courteous and helpful but all the reception ladies and John the finance guy, all treated us with respect and were very friendly nice people. Definitely recommend this place!

The service was fine from the service counter side but found my vehicle with the Schrader valve loosened on the AC, and the seal under the cap resting against a couple of wires and the frame rail. All this after them reporting that it would cost $1,800 to change the compressor to fix my AC. To make it worse after the inspection they left the system empty leaving me with zero AC instead of mediocre AC I have since tried to contact them regarding this but have not received any contact back.
