Went in to look at pick up trucks and hopefully purchase that same day. Waited at reception as she was chatting to another customer. Sales people standing near their office texting on their phone and didn’t look up. We left after 10 minutes of standing their and the sales person who was texting ran out after us asking if we needed help. Shouldn’t take us walking out to receive attention.

Thank you, Laura and Georgian Chev!!! I've been a customer of Georgian Chevrolet for many years. I have purchased three vehicles from them. Two of them were used and one new. The recent experience I had with Laura and Georgian needs to be shared. I came to Laura with my 2017 Chevy Cruz acting up... Again!! I have had some terrible luck with this car I will not hide that. But, there are a lot of KM's on the car as I am a commuter. With a diagnostic that did not go my way and a quote to fix that was a nightmare, Laura really stepped up and helped me out in a huge huge way!!!. While they were waiting for the part that was on backorder, they allowed me to use one of their vehicles. When it was all said and done, it was about 3 months! This was absolutely critical as like I said I am a commuter and needed a car. Grateful to say the least! While I was waiting for the car to be fixed, tragedy struck my family. My wife communicated with Laura and she was absolutely amazing again!!! The car was fixed during this, but there was no pressure to come in while I dealt with things on my end. Forever grateful! When we contacted Laura again to let her know we were coming this week to pick up the car. We asked her for our balance and were so incredibly grateful to hear that things ended up working out for us for the best on the financial side of things. Laura and Georgian Chev knew what I had just been through, and took care of me in a way that I will never forget. Regardless of the other reviews. You have to read this one and think to yourself, this is awesome. Laura is awesome and so are the people at Georgian Chevrolet. If you need a new car or service done to your vehicle. Please call Laura and she will take care of you. They have me for many years. And this time, they really outdid themselves. I won't forget it. Thank you, Laura. Hopefully, these words describe how grateful I am.

Service -good. BUT sales staff - extremly bad. I wanted to buy a new car for 100000. And I asked for a test drive on an old diesel for understand the disel power and the seller lied to my face that he did not have a car, they were all sold. but the seller said that the car was not sold, he simply does not give a test drive. although a month has passed and all these machines are available to buy. The seller was just lazy. Becouse of that stuppid and lazy sales service at this dealer i bught brand new denali from another nice dealer.

Inventory has been very hard to maintain and most vehicles have all been Pre-Ordered so when they arrive to our lot they indeed are sold. Got my car serviced for all the options they had, while I remember I had it for oil change only. Get the huge bill at checkout when collecting your car keys. Would prefer a local garage or jiffy lube over them.

On your invoice, you were billed out for the oil change, the multipoint inspection you requested, and you also pre-paid for the parts you ordered for your door. If have Zero star will put. Not responsible when make mistakes on my wife and lady manager not help and not try resolve. My wife when there did Transmission fluid and Flush. And they put overfilled a lot . Overfilled couple inch of top stick. And make my wife car damaged transmission .the day her car down .she take my 3kids in the car drive on highway car stop. They are so scared and cried . Today she Got quote fix 7800$ and they only discount 570$. They try everything not responsible customer. Don’t trust this dealer

Hello Nareth – thank you for giving us the opportunity to work through this with you. We did attempt to resolve your vehicle concerns with your wife when she was in. Your auction purchased former police utilized 2015 Tahoe that has driven 241,000km requires a new transmission as a result of delamination of the torque converter – which is a wear and tear condition of the clutch material internal to the torque converter – this causes debris to move through the transmission and damage the internal transmission components. This is not caused by overfilling of fluid and was not the responsibility of the dealership – which was explained at great length. In addition to this your quote also contained the replacement of the leaking transmission lines and engine oil cooler lines. We did offer a discount as a courtesy as we understand that this is a large and unexpected repair however we will not be taking responsibility for failures unrelated to work we’ve performed and consistent with normal wear and tear on a vehicle of this age and mileage. If you would like to proceed with repairs with the previously offered discount please reach out to a member of our service team at 705-733-3332 and we will be happy to coordinate that.
