Saleman Shawn Ivens and owner Ralph Murphy are *****. Don't do business at this dealership. Cost me and my nephew thousands after they backed out of a promised deal. Edit after response: Liars. Nick asked salesman Shawn in Nov " Can someone else buy my lease out before end of term? Shawns response: "Yes, no problem". Nick buys replacement vehicle and I sell mine and then were told it cant be done. How do you not understand that if Shawn told him NO, we wouldnt have gone through this mess. Again, if Shawn simply told him NO, it wasnt possible, we wouldnt be here. Too hard for you people to admit that.

Mr. Demelo we are sorry to hear that you are upset with Georgian Chevrolet. Buying out a vehicle has a number of options based on when and how the lessor returned the vehicle. Based on our last conversation I explained the options of someone coming off their lease and I know no one wants to pay taxes. We contacted your Nephew (the lessee) many times with no response and by missing some of the guidelines dates established by GM Financial the options to return an off lease vehicle change, subsequently one of them is having to pay taxes on the remaining value of the vehicle. The tax implications are outside of our control. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

I had an improperly done oil change in November. Was advised by other mechanic(s) some of the repairs I have had done since could likely be related to this. (I've been back twice for different things before the oil was fixed.) Of course, they claim no responsibility. I can have a free oil change... because they're so trustworthy with those. Two Georgian Chevrolet cars later, I'll be going with a different dealer for future purchases and a different shop for future maintenance and repairs. UPDATE: THAT FREE OIL CHANGE?!? $100.57.

We have acknowledged that your oil was slightly over full, it is our professional opinion however that it was not over enough to cause any long term issues and was not the cause of the battery and alternator failures you experienced. As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards which is why we offered you a free lube oil and filter service so we could restore your faith in our service department. I began using Georgian Chevrolet because of a disappointing experience a different dealer. The are conviently located close to my work, I can drip my car off and tell them what is needed and it's done. I have never had an issue here with the service department. Laura in service is great and I ask for her each time I cook my camaro in for service. I have been extremely happy with the services I have received for my car at Georgian Chevrolet and would recommend anyone to check them out.

Brought my Silverado in as there is an issue with drivers door wiring harness. Broken wires. GM knew about this problem and the action they took was to discontinue the harness. No fix no recall. Service advisor said, and l quote “ harness discontinued, try E-Bay. Good luck” Seriously!! This harness is in all 2007-2013 Silverado’s, Sierra’s, Tahoe’s etc… Have searched the internet and nobody has this harness. Guess l’ll have to remove the harness and splice the wires myself. Thanks General Motors.

Can say nothing but great things about my recent experience with Georgian Chev. On our way down to the Airport to go on a holiday the engine on my 2021 Sierra failed but I was able to limp it into the dealership. I had no appointment but they took me in and attempted to help me find alternate means to get to YYZ. Our service advisor Michael Pierro was fantastic. He kept me abreast of the repair status while we were out of Country and made sure that the truck was ready to go upon our return. We were retuning on a Saturday night when the dealership was closed but Mike and Laura made sure we had access to our keys so we could pick up the truck and get home after a very long day! Thanks to the both of you, job well done. David and Colleen, Haliburton.
