Derryck went above and beyond. We hit a few bumps along with way, however with Derryck’s personable nature and extensive knowledge, my son (finally) ended up with a great car. Thank you for your excellent service!

Well when my vehicle went for oil change, found out a tow truck hit it . With me having autism, i didnt take the news very good!! Lucky my boyfriend was able to calm me down. And lucky the windshield was replaced. Otherwise good service

Negligent of my entire service request and waited for warranty to expire to attempt to address the issue(s). Left me stuck with a bill.

Laurentian Chrysler neglected to provide the services my vehicle was dropped off for on 3 occasions for the same service. My truck got broken into while there and Laurentian would NOT provide the video or any sort of help. They do not recognize or appreciate their customers if you ask me.
