Your service team is always trying to drum up more jobs for themselves Now I know why your service is so shitty - it’s because every job becomes ‘an extra job’ Even when I was picking up my vehicle - there’s the mechanic waiting for the clerk that’s on the phone yet trying to talk To the poor sucker at the end of the line - that when our mechanic was checking your tires he noticed your breaks needs servicing - I had really enjoyed working with a young man in sales and purchasing my new jeep and he was telling me about the “new way of thinking” with the new owner Unfortunately it didn’t translate to your service department It’s too bad - they didn’t get this message in the service dept

Even though we had to purchase our new vehicle on line due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Our experience was wonderful. Everything was done on line and when we picked up our vehicle, there was no issues with the social distancing. Thank you Laurentian Chrysler
