The staff is very friendly and the facility is first rate. Unfortunately they do not maintain a very good parts selection. I took my truck in and it was determined that it required a new left rear wheel speed sensor based on the computer diagnostic. The parts had to be ordered from Vancouver. The part was ordered and I made a second trip (2 hours one way) the part was replaced but still required other parts that connect to the sensor. If there had been a more thorough check on the first trip (2 hours one way) the proper parts may have been ordered. I have had to waste 2 holidays and looks like a 3rd as well. So far 2 holiday days, gas money, and $380.00. This is the only drawback of owning a Toyota product. Not a dealership close by. It would be nice if dealerships carried a more complete parts inventory. I like my Toyota vehicle but this would be the only thing that would keep me from buying another Toyota product.

Their service manager was nice and knowledgeable. The service staff was quick and honest. In and out for a tire rotation in less than 45 minutes
