Purchased a vehicle from Brian. He is very gentle, polite and respectful. Although I changed my plan and schedule, he always try to accommodate my need. No games or tricks in the process. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend Brian.

The staff is just so efficient and I appreciate them so much. I only have one question/problem (that has nothing to do with the customer service) - I had broken my last block heater plug -in because it was so difficult to plug in that I'm sure it was me who broke 2 of the wires trying to unplug it from my extension cord. Rainbow Toyota put a new plug- in on. I was hopeful that I would be able to plug that one into an extension cord more easily, but it's even worse than the last one - can't plug it in at all. I have 6 extension cords at the house - some newer, some older - can't plug it into any. Wondered if there is some attachment or something that can be done?
