This service was longer than usual as when it was due the temperature was -40. The heater would not function but the engine started easily. Rather than risk driving with no heat and not needing the car I waited until the outside temperature was over zero. The car again started easily and the heater was also working. All I did was top up the antifreeze. I reported the malfunction and this was checked as part of the service. Like me the service could not find any reason for the malfunction. Next winter I will make sure the antifreeze is topped off.

It's always nice when our expectations are exceeded aren't they? Besides our customer lounge with a wide variety of coffee flavors, water cooler, t.v. and WIFI, we have two other sitting areas which has proved very important with required social distancing but it also gives our customers options. Whether you want to have a bit of solitude, watch a t.v. program or check out some showroom vehicles, there is a place for you. We also offer free shuttle service in case you'd rather go somewhere else if your appointment is going to take awhile. Thank you Margaret for your review.

We bought a used vehicle from Rainbow that had a serious issue develop within a day. They graciously covered the costs of the repair, offered transportation, an office to work in... really just a rare customer care experience these days. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle again from Rainbow Toyota.
