John is always courteous, conscientious and addresses any concerns I have. He is ready to receive me when I bring the vehicle in and explains all work done. I get a call if anything new is found. I make a point of asking for him when I call because of the service I get.

Trevor was terrific. Always had a smile, helped to narrow down the field to pick the car that was right for me and stayed positive when things went a bit pear shaped.

I have always experienced a friendly and pleasant greeting when making an appointment. Service advisor totally explains what services will be performed on my vehicle as well as an approximate cost, if any, and offers a free drive home and pickup if required. If any additional repairs are observed while being serviced the service advisor always advises me if the repair is urgent or to just keep an eye on it for future.
