From lease signing did not hear from David for 7 days -very frustrating. Information promised not provided. No after delivery follow up. Not up to customer service levels expected and previously experienced.

The service was thorough. The staff stayed in touch with me with other issues they found wrong with my car. I was given details and cost of the repairs. I was given choices as to what I wanted to do. I appreciated the shuttle service. Your driver was courteous and I felt safe in the vehicle with him.

My car was taken in quickly and only the oil change that I asked for was done. The touch-up pen that I requested was there. The oil change was complimentary due to a small concern with the original delivery of my vehicle.
