The purchase was a wonderful experience

I purchased my vehicle from Dana Golden. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I did not feel any pressure and was given all the data that I asked for to make a decision on the purchase. Dana was very pleasant and completely explained the function and controls of the vehicle when I was taking delivery. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will try to work with Dana in the future.

Great sales service from inquiry visit to the completed sale. Was very patient with me when trying to sort options and colour choices. Was very respectable when considering my schedule conflicts and multitude of questions for him. Thanks Andrew!

I wanted to personally thank a wonderful employee of Ontario Motor Sales, Nora Thornton. I was not recieving good customer service from another car dealership and from GM customer service. I called up OMS and Nora helped me out with my problem. I felt unsafe in my car due to recalls on it and no one else seemed to care, she helped me with all the issues I had and assured me everything would be taken care of. I will be returning to OMS in the future and again, thank you Nora for all your help! :)

So they have blocked me on here so I can't post anything because they sold us a lemon yes a 2011 Chevrolet cruze lemon have complained about brakes air condition and our fan won't turn off so they choose to ignore me oh yeah ando our transmission is not rihght we were sold a death trap and might just have to seek legal advice on where to go from here have a great day and don't buy a cruze thank you
