You would think the authorized dealer of a Honda would know about that Honda

My brand new 2016 Honda Civic when in for an oil change and to have my Eco light turned on this process took over 5 hours when I took my car home I noticed the oil change life was not even reset this is poor customer service and I pay for service I expect 100% of that service to be carried out

Sales team is very professional and friendly. No pressure exerted on the customer to make a decision in haste. Huge inventory and prices are way better than other dealers. It is advisable, though, that always shop around before make any final deal.

I inquired about a replacement part which they don't carry. However Jackie in parts went above and beyond to hunt down the part in the city from another dealer. Super fast and friendly customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you!
