Booked my 1st time appointment with Dilary on Bank street, and I was really disappointed in the service they offer. Drop off in the morning was quick even if it was busy. They did get ma car ready earlier then they said. However, the Uber thing was a pain. They sent me a link that didn’t work and for over 40min I called and called and called always going on voicemail. I finally spoke to the receptionist (Chantal) who was kind enough to take my infos and go down to service to make sure they call me back. Finally, after spending over 700$ my car was ready BUT to every other dealer I have been, they always clean my car (outside) apparently not this one. The removed my milage sticker on the top corner of my windshield and all the glue is still there without replacing my sticker.

Bought a used car and the pre-sale experience was as expected. Plenty of attention, quick responses to messages over text. No negotiation on the price of the vehicle, which I accepted as just being the way it was going to be. After-sales, is a whole other matter. Perhaps it was my fault for trusting the salesperson would provide what they said they would. I had asked for a paint pen and if it came with winter tires. I was told that was no problem, they would order the paint pen and it did come with used winter tires from the previous owner. Great. Took ownership of the vehicle, and then the runaround started right away. I had asked for the items to be included and ready for when I picked up the car. That didn't happen. Followed up and was told they were there for pickup a week later. Then was told it wasn't exactly what I was told they would be. The tires weren't on rims. I asked if they could get them put on rims and how much that would cost. Was told they would look into that. Fast forward 6 weeks and I'm still without any tires or paint pen. Was told they were away, which I understand. Tires will be ready for pickup in a few days. A few days comes, and now there is something else wrong. They don't fit the car (even though the actual tires are the proper size) and would cause issues. I was told they will look into ordering the proper tires. 2 weeks go by, no messages, so I reach out again. I was told they would talk to the manager and find out. Another week goes by without any contact so I reach out again. I was told they were ordered 3 weeks ago and are just on backorder. Fair enough. A week goes by, no update so I ask if there's an update. No response. Ask again in a week, and I get a response. Told they will be here by the end of the week. Follow up at the end of the week and they didn't arrive. Follow up again the following week, and then there's silence. No more messages. So communication stops at around 4 months. I received an automated text message on my birthday, the first contact from them in 4 months. I ask about my winter tires and no response. I follow up after 5 months of no contact. We are at 9 months now post-purchase. I was told I would receive a call the next day, after reaching out via the website. Next day comes, and no call. Anniversary of the purchase comes and I receive another text message. I ask about the tires and to no surprise, no response. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this dealership. While the purchase went well, I cannot help but feel that I no longer matter after I've paid. I have not been rude, starting the messages with a proper greeting and a "thank you" at the end. I don't feel like I have been inappropriate in expecting what I was told I would receive. Again, I have learned from this and will only sign once I see everything is on the bill of sale. As it is, I have no recourse and will just accept that I am not going to receive what I was told. Tread carefully in dealing with them (no pun intended). *Update* I forgot to add, I reached out to OMVIC after about 5 months of being ghosted but because it was not on the bill of sale, there is nothing they could assist with. Please do make sure you get everything in writing. Even with the text messages and the indications of receiving items which were eventually not received, there is no recourse through OMVIC.

Very pleasant experience. No pressure sales. Adam took the time to arrange 2 test drives for me and invited me to a special sales event on a Sunday. Eli, the General Manager, helped to conduct a quick deal without a lot of haggle. Ernesto took care of the financial arrangements, fielding lots of questions from me over a few days. Job well done!
