Horrible customer service from rep Vali. I inquired about a new car online ( specifically a white one) the sales rep responded with timeline of arrival for a black one. I asked several questions ( such as going interest rate, if the car I want isn’t coming to them until December if they can source from another dealership. After a few vague responses all ending in “book an appointment “ back and a new timeline on the car I was inquiring about, I responded saying I wanted to be removed from future communications. This led to a response of “ that was fast lol ” where I shared my questions were not being answered and I would look elsewhere. The response back and I quote was “ Huh? I actually answered all of your questions the car that you inquired about was a Honda HRV sport. I told you what we had and the waiting list. Not sure if you don’t understand but whatever bye. Best of luck finding a vehicle.“ SUPER unprofessional and I would absolutely never purchase a car from a dealership like this.

Just purchased my first vehicle from Brantford Honda. 10/10 customer service. They are all very professional, courteous, and welcoming as soon as you enter. Thank you to Hunter Richardson for going above and beyond in all aspects and making this experience pleasant and fun! Definitely recommend Brantford Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Just recently bought a used car from Brantford Honda and was very happy with the service! Our salesperson was Hayden Taylor and he was great. He was friendly, answered all of our questions and was honest in his opinions.

They will try to get you in the most expensive car possible. Oh you’re on a budget? Forget it you should try our newer car. First time car buyer? Let’s not discuss price let’s just usher you straight to finance. Just wanted to browse? How about paying 50000 for a car that’s 3 years old with 30000 km on it.

Don’t take the complimentary car wash when you go for service. My car came out with a lot of scratches. Serviced my car on 9/5/2023 didn’t see them till I got home, in which case it was too late to go back. It was my fault for not checking it at the store, the least I can do is warn others.
