While I chose not to buy from this dealership, I wanted to post that I had a VERY good experience dealing with Jeff. I found a car on autotrader that matched my search criteria and Jeff was available, honest and keen to help. I was actually sad to buy from someone else, but it came down to the details on the used vehicle available. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who values honest help!

Thinking about a car purchase? Talk to Scott McCulloch! Helpful, detailed and makes the whole process incredibly easy. He helped me with my third new Honda purchase and I’ll definitely use him again for the next. Ps - Ask for the bow. He’ll oblige happily :)

I had purchased a new to me truck through James Wright. This was a big purchase for me as I was paying cash and wanted to make sure I got something that would last me. I had a few concerns about the truck when purchasing and had worked out a few deals with James before I had picked it up. Although not all requests were able to be made, it was nice to see James in my corner trying his best to come to agreements with the sales manager on what was necessary to fix/replace. One of the biggest concerns was they had safetied the vehicle with about 4/30 seconds left of tread, they did replace the rear set of tires, however did not want to replace the front. Currently working with James and the service team to fix a squealing brake issue, and they have been quite reasonable, if all goes well I will happily say I will be a returning customer to Brantford Honda for my next new vehicle purchase and I will be specifically seeking James’ assistance!
