Jeff Slawich did that and more! From our first fews emails Jeff stood out from the others. He listened to me instead of pushing for in person meetings and test drives. i cannot overestimate how good the person (vali) was who looked after us....he met us on the lot and from that moment all went well.......he is one of the best /personable salesmen i have met (i'm 83 and have bought a lot of cars)....we negotiated for some time on a new honda cvr and he was excellent and professional at every turn.......he was prepared to listen and discuss every aspect of our discussions........in the end result we were satisfied with our trade amount and the final price.......all salespeople should be of his calibre !!!!!!.............dave clark.

Told the vehicle was in better condition, a/c worked, drove 2 hours to go see it and it’s totally not what was expected. Just be a bit price honest. Considering I love Honda’s, but stay away from your dealerships for this reason.
