If you are in the market for a vehicle you absolutely need to come to Brantford Honda and specifically ask for Ryan Stroud! I just had the pleasure of buying a second car with him as my salesperson this past week. I have been working with Ryan for years and I will follow this guy anywhere he goes. He is genuinely the best car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. And honestly, he is just a really great person in general. Not only is he insanely knowledgeable about the products but he is down right hilarious, friendly, kind, generous and caring. I truly feel like I can trust him like a brother! I will seriously never buy a car from anyone else ever again. Super honourable mention to Stephanie Bailey too! She is also kind and caring and so funny. Had a laugh with her multiple times throughout my buying experience. She is great to work with. I hope Brantford Honda knows what gems they have between these 2 cause they are killing the game. Seriously, if you wanna buy a car and want people you can trust - seek these 2 out. You will not regret it.

Honestly one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Ask for Ryan from sales if you’re looking to get into a new Honda! He was super pleasant to work with and made the process a breeze! Love my Civic Si!

Ryan Stroud at Brantford Honda is trustworthy, hilarious, and totally down-to-earth. It’s rare to find someone who can make you feel totally at-ease when making a big purchase, but I promise you Ryan will have you laughing and will answer EVERY question you can throw at him without batting an eye. (Believe me, I’m full of questions). From the initial communication all the way through to the post-sale check-in, Ryan has been a gem. He’s earned my loyalty & the loyalty of my Honda-buying friends — book an appointment with him, you’ll never want to buy a car anywhere else. Special shout-out to Stephanie from Finance, she’s also an absolute joy. Brantford Honda is collecting talent like they’re Pokémon cards.

Today, I revisited the store to seek repairs for my vehicle. The staff at the front service reception, specifically the Service and Parts reception, were engrossed in a lengthy conversation with another customer whom they had already served, leaving us waiting in line for 5 to 10minutes. I hope in the future they will show courtesy to all clients and ensure efficient service. Beside the staff member today Sep 26,2023, there was a trainee who seemed apologetic and said sorry to me twice through gestures, reflecting the discomfort caused by the situation to me and the persons behind me. The overall attitude of the person who was supposed to be training them was disheartening, and it saddened me to witness this lack of professionalism. Because of this negative experience, I decided to leave the store and instead had my vehicle repaired on the same day at Simcoe Honda Dealership. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I encountered such bitter attitude from the service reception staff member. Their disregard for others' time and disrespectful attitude towards customers was disappointing. Throughout the time we were patientky waiting, despite observing their actions, the staff refused to apologize or acknowledge us for editing patience. This type of behavior is not only shameful for the dealership but also tarnishes the reputation of the genuinely dedicated staff who have been serving the community for years. I have no issues with dealership or other staffs but this attitude I experienced multiple time from Service and Parts section.
