Went back this week to look at a used 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback LX, and the sales rep Jeff was amazing! Answered every question I had and really took the time to do everything to help me out! Displayed a lot of patience even when I couldn’t make up my mind, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had an amazing experience with Aaron from Brantford Honda. Even though it was an old second hand car I still received service as though I were buying a new car. I am new to the country and Aaron helped me through the entire process. Really great experience and I will definitely be back for another car! Much appreciated Aaron!

Came here this morning to look to find the main number because no one would get back to me and am personally not surprised by these negative reviews. So I felt inclined to come and confirm that I have experienced alot of the same things I'm regards to rude and unprofessional service and being ghosted by Steve. I had a really bad issue with 2 of my tires where they must have been done too tight (which is pretty much amateur hour, hate to put it that way but it is) because I was missing a number of bolts that were there when I left (I always do a walk around). Something needs to be done about these employees who not only seem to do poor jobs but also don't seem to care much either. Just taking our money, collecting their cheque every 2 weeks, and moving on.
