My friend got a vehicle from here and had worked with Aaron and Steve and was having some troubles with the vehicle and since then they haven't wanted to answer or help rectify the problem with the vehicle.

This was easily the most disappointing experience. Not only were the people unprofessional (specifically Aaron I believe his name is) while I was on site (rude, ignoring people, etc) but the overall service on the vehicle was borderline criminal how bad it was. I had the bolts on my tires fly off (from being done so tight it stripped them) which resulted in me almost losing my tire completely on the highway. Thank goodness I know what to feel for and was hyper aware of how odd the car felt mid-drive. They have been impossible to contact and will not return messages. I am not the only person to have experienced this. I have been to hole-in-the-wall mechanics that have provided significantly better and more professional service. I will also add that it seems behaviors towards particular customers change once it is well established there is no romantic interest, which just adds to the abomination that is their professional behavior.

I purchased a Honda CRV that I saw on a online ad. I came to see the car the next day after I inquired and purchased it right there. Erica Kiss, the saleswoman helping me, was great. She was very kind and helpful and super easy to talk with. Everyone there made the process very quick, easy and simple. Thank you!

Visited yesterday. The sales person, Hayden worked hard to make a deal after the car we likes sold while we were there. Finance gentleman was willing to explain thing and was in no hurry to rush us. Would strongly recommend purchasing from Hayden. He's younger but knows his stuff.

When I spoke with my sales rep Vali Nunes on the phone, he made me feel appreciated and that he cared about the experience I was having with my previous vehicle. Vali went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection, and that I got the best possible deal!! To this day Vali still makes me feel important and that it wasn't just about getting a sale!! I was looked after by Vali and James from the time I entered, to the time I left, and still to this day if I have any questions they have never turned me away. I am happy to be part of the Honda family and will be by soon for some swag!! If you are looking at Honda's for your next car or trade in, I highly recommend Brantford Honda as it was a great experience so far and all the staff members are friendly, nice and care about you the person !! I am somewhat a picky person so I am not joking about the service I received. I can truly see Vali and his team earned my 5 stars :)
