When I picked up my vehicle, something didn’t feel right. Steering wheel was misaligned so I phoned and have it scheduled to be fixed. Graham was kind enough to find a time. It was fixed but my point is that Honda has to do things right the first time to avoid waste of time for customers and your mechanics. I lost at least 3 hours ofwork because I have to take my vehicle back to Honda. Just wondering if The work of mechanics are being checked and reviewed by a supervisor? Other than that, it was a good thing that Graham was able to help me rescheduled it. He did his very best to accommodate. Thank you.

I found out that my vehicle was demo car while the agency sold this car as a new vehicle , also I found out later that price I got was extremely high compare to other agencies

My car has been making a noise ever since the factory defect with your direct injection engines. Instead of fixing the problem I was sold a tire and the sound is still there. Furthermore 3/4 of the people I interacted with were blaming me for my driving habits (not driving my car enough)

Was told it would be a certain time frame, was 30 minutes above the max that I was told (I can't remember if I was quoted 1 or 1.5 hours... but it was 30 min longer). While I was waiting, the man "in charge" of my car brought another lady her keys. He said the car wash was out of order, but he would give her car a quick wash out back for her. When I finally got my keys, he gave me the gift cert for the car wash. No mention of it being out of order. I needed the car wash after all, since there was a big black smudge (grease?) On my hood when I went out to my vehicle. Drove to the car wash, and it was indeed out of order. Had to pay for a carwash on the way home as I didn't know what the black stuff was on my car. Thanks for making me feel like a second class customer.

The service advisor was very efficient and friendly. He called with updates and the work was completed as promised when promised. The only wrinkle was the staff member who collected payment was not at all welcoming or friendly. Quite curt. Overall though, a good experience as usual.

Took my car in for the airbag recall and I asked Graham to tell me what my car needed for safety and he told me my brakes and rotors were completely shot. He said I shouldn’t be driving with them like that and asked if he should do them. I told him no and took it to my usual shop. They told me I have over 60% left on both the front and back brakes. What Graham tried to do to me is absolutely terrible.
