Huge Thank you to my sales guy Dan Barrett!! I bought a brand new car yesterday and Dan got me exactly what I wanted!! My entire experience was smooth as soon as I walked in the door!! Another huge thank you to my finance guy Dean for making purchasing my 2018 Cruze a great experience! This is the second car I bought from SMP and I will definitely keep going back!!

I arrived at the dealership later in the day having briefly spoken with Jeff prior to stopping in. He was awesome to deal with and made the purchase of my new vehicle so easy. He worked with me to get me discounts and the features I needed, and even stayed late into the evening to make sure I was able to drive away the same day. Thank you Jeff!

A big THANK YOU to Stevie J. who helped us in the process of acquiring new & amazing Chevy vehicles for my wife and myself. He provided us with multiple helpful options that will make us comfortable with our payments, was patient in answering all our inquiries and went above and beyond our expectations. We also appreciate how most of the staff treated us with kindness and also made us feel welcomed, Stan and Riun to name a few. Overall, we had the best experience at SMP. Awesome customer service! Highly recommended!

The sales rep was very knowlageable and very helpful and well as the finance guy overall it was a great experice. They allowed my family hangout and shop for a really long time and they helped ua get exactly the vehicle we wanted. We havent had to deal with warrenty stuff or anything like that seeing how we only had our new ride for 2 days so i cant review that.

NEVER take your car here. These people have no clue how to fix a car. it took them over 2 months to attempt to fix it. after scamming my parents out of their money, I found the part needed and got the car towed to a REAL dealership to fix the car. SMP is an embarrassment. I am disgusted with that entire organization. USELESS!!!!!!!!

Hi Chris - we were able to diagnose your parent's vehicle when it was initially brought into our shop. As it was communicated, the original ECM part number that was required to repair the vehicle has been discontinued and is no longer available to purchase through GM (and is no longer recommended to be used). We were waiting for General Motors to manufacture the updated ECM to repair your vehicle and that is beyond our control. We did inform your father that the part was in transit to our dealership when he decided to remove the vehicle. We use Genuine GM Parts when repairing vehicles as they are covered by a 1-year Parts & Labour Warranty. A Part that is purchased online cannot be guaranteed to be the correct part and does not come with additional warranty - we use GM parts to ensure that the correct part is being used so that the safety and integrity of the vehicle remains intact. It is unfortunate that there was a long wait to receive this part, but as we mentioned earlier, GM had to manufacture the Part - this takes time. Our number one goal is to ensure that our customers have quality parts & good service. Unfortunately, our hands were tied as we were waiting for the correct Part to be manufactured, but we stand by our decision to recommend using Genuine GM Parts on a GM vehicle.
