Aaron our salesman was great! Really did a great job of trying to meet our requirements.. however I was not a fan of the finance lady. I understand they need to try to still make a sale of warranty etc. But after she asked and we said we weren’t interested she still took a few minutes after to go on about everything. It was a waste of 20 minutes especially while we had a 2month old who was there since 12 and it was almost 5. After we finally got passed that she had another gentleman come in and ‘check her numbers’ and he tried to guilt us into getting extra warranty. After all of that - later that night I realized she never even discussed when my payments were to start , too busy trying to get us to buy more stuff. Also for registration they had sent us over beside Tim Hortons at 5 to go register when they actually close AT 5, thankfully the lady working had a glitch with locking the doors and she snuck us in. There was some missed communication a few times- ( remote start they would ‘throw in’ which was going to be worked into the biweekly payment and that was hard to get a clear answer if it was actually a perk or if we were still paying for it) which happens when you have so many people running like chickens and you don’t even know who is who. Otherwise the salesman was great!

Best purchase experience ever! No pressure, no hounding, just excellent info on the vehicle, all the options and choices available; also the perks. Marc and Steve were the best !! professional, and very accommodating... I would not hesitate to recommend SMP to anyone....this is our 2nd purchase from SMP so it seems it's just getting better and better .... who would have thought !!
