I received OUTSTANDING customer service!!! The Service Advisor team was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs when I came in to change over to my winter tires. Natalie communicated very well with me, and answered all of my questions with ease. The service was done in a timely manner, my appointment could not have gone better! Thank you Sherwood Honda!!

Keely went out of her way to help me get the vehicle I needed.

At first I was in the market for a Honda Accord (the car I "wanted") and Keely did everything she could to meet my requests as my financial situation wasn't the best. She kept in touch and let me know as many options as I had available to me (via email as I live in Lac La Biche and I do not get to Edmonton very often). After an encounter with a Moose on Thanksgiving Monday coming home from work (I hip-checked a moose in my 2000 Nissan Maxima, I survived with NO scratches, the moose was fine and went on his way, the car however did NOT survive!), my thought process on a vehicle kindof changed. I started looking at Hyundai Santa Fe's and Keely made sure I was in the vehicle I "needed". And again - all of the communication happened via email as I was on vacation in Orlando. I want to say a BIG thank you to Keely for going above and beyond ..... A VERRY satisfied customer, Brian Penn

Our Excellent Adventure with Keely and Eden

On a recent Sunday, I went in to Sherwood Honda to look at a Certified Used Honda Accord Sport that I was possibly interested in buying. As I approacehed the door, Keely Wombold met me, and asked if she could help me. So I told her which vehicle I was interested in, and she said she would see if it was still on the lot. So I went over to get a coffee while I waited, where I met Eden Fraietta, who was friendly and chatty. Keely shortly returned, with the car and the keys, and asked if I wanted to take a test drive. Long story short -- I loved the car; I was happy with Keely's open manner and her soft sell; and I said that I would return the next day with my wife, and we would look to taking things further. On Monday, when my wife and I returned, both Keely and Eden were involved -- Keely completing the sale; Eden giving us financial and warranty information. Both of them were extraordinarily competent, helpful, and generous to us with their time and attention. When we took possession of the car on the Friday, both women were present, interested, helpful, and generous. We enjoyed the whole experience with both of them. I have nothing but positive comments from the time I dropped off the vehicle. The service was great from the staff receiving the vehicle to the people transporting you back to your destination.
