I purchased a new car. The sales team explained everything about the car and didn't apply any pressure on me. It was a great experience.

Great overall experience

Dylan was great. We went in there a few times because we were looking for a car for a new driver. First, we were looking at the HRV, because it was a new vehicle, we had some questions about it. Dylan was quick to alleviate any questions that we had. The next time we went in we had an idea of what we wanted (A Civic), so Dylan was quick to get down to business with us. He was frank, and incredibly professional as well as honest. and we were given a great overview of the features and different technologies of the vehicle. We are very impressed!

I loved my experience looking for a used car at Sherwood Honda, I was so sad they didn't have the car I was looking for at the time. I found the car I wanted elsewhere, but have been using Sherwood Honda to service my Pilot. They are friendly and prompt and I was so thrilled to have my car washed for me. Nice added bonus!

I purchased a 2014 Honda fit from Sherwood Honda. The car is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The package that Sherwood Honda installs on their cars to make them fit for Canada is nice. However, the nitrogen in the tires is not really necessary any time I fill my tires after purchase I just use compressed air so it isn't really a relevant item. A much better item to include would be undercoating seeing as how the cars are in Canada where winter is guaranteed so extra corrosion resistance to the under side is important. Also Since when are cars sold without floor mats I never thought that they were an extra otherwise I would have tried to negotiate for them (again this is Canada winter happens all weather mats are a necessity).

Recall on 2004 Honda Odyssey

It is always a wonderful experience to visit your facility. The service provided by the employees is excellent - prompt and businesslike. The people are pleasant and easy to deal with. The waiting room is clean, seats are comfortable and there is ample refreshments. Work is completed on time.

Overall, staff were awesome. Friendly, and knowledgable. I was given a photo copy of a form at the time of finance, that was not accepted at the registry office (meaning I had to follow up with finance to get the form, and return to registry). Also, my auto car starter comes with the option of activating 2 AUXILIARY autostarts, however, it has to be set at install. I was not offered this option - so activating them at this point will be expensive (labour), when it could have been done at time of install. Neither of these are huge issues, but is why I assigned 4 instead of 5 stars. Is my second Honda - I will most definitely get a third.

Always longer wait time then what I am told it is going to take to service my vehicle:(

Was told an express oil change would take 30 min took over one hour, I had my two year old son with me:( Second time I went to get a recall done and was told would take two hours and didn't get my vehicle back for over four hours! Hopefully my next service will be with 10-15 min of promised time. Otherwise I will be going to a different Honda dealer. I have been going to the Sherwood Park one for the last few times as family lives there, we do not have Honda in Whitecourt, near where I live. I have called Edson but the service prices are WAY more!! I was going to Morniville Honda which is now in St. Albert, which I have excellent service at!

Hi have been Honda Service Customer since last five years and have got amazing service so far, staff is so friendly and focused. Honda has always been my first priority although my last vehicle was Nissan Rogue but I am still coming to Honda for service and I am excited to get my next vehicle Honda Pilot pretty soon.
