Always fast competent service.

I have an S2000, and have all of my service carried out at Sherwood Honda. This time was a simple oil change. The technician noticed some dirt on the differential, which often indicates a fluid leak. The technician cleaned the differential and I was advised by Carolyn of the issue. Recommendation was to watch for evidence of a leak, and then follow up on my next service.

The tires and rims were switched as requested and the side marker light was replaced. Great service and excellent customer relations.

My Odyssey experience

The service I received was very good and was done in a timely way. The staff are very pleasant and always polite. As for the work done so far so good. No problems. As for the cost of the labour & parts I was extremely disappointed that it cost so much for a relatively small problem. I did check comments on line and it seems many odyssey owners are quite disappointed that Honda has not stepped in to rectify this problem but has left it up to the consumer to foot this bill. After all the problems I have had with my power sliding doors, doing a lot of the repairs my self I feel I must say I would never recommend or bye another Odyssey mini van again. Other than that comment I want to praise the staff for being so friendly. Thank you.

We set up an appointment to do an oil change. I thought I would have to rotate my tires but the consultant did not recommend it that time (I asved money)

Truck washed; even had it delivered to me in the west end!!! Now THAT"S why I go all the way to Sherwood Park Honda, even though I pass right by one on my way to work. Also, best coffee I've ever had!
