The service from Sherwood Honda was good as was expected

The vehicle was brought in to get its airbag light checked as it has been intermittently turning on since it was purchased. The service technician could not find a problem and there was no error code. After the service, there has been an increased frequency of the airbag light turning on and then off. In a half hour trip, the light turned on and off about 8 times. I will likely need to bring the vehicle in again to get this problem resolved.

Keely helped us on a very cold and windy day. She brought vehicles into the showroom for us so we didn't have to go outside and very patiently answered all our questions. We can back the very next day to buy! Unfortunately Keely wasn't working, so Andrew helped us. Idon't think we would have bought this month if not for Keeley and Andrew.

Good service, friendly staff. My only suggestion for better service is to work on getting the vehicles fixed in the time quoted. They have a service shuttle, which is great.

Excellent, promot service from start to finish. Plus an added bonus of having a follow up call is very pleasant. It shows how much they care. If they care that much about customer satisfaction, you know they are doing a great job working on your vehicle.
