Great friendly service and very efficient.

Routine oil change. Was told I had squirrel activity under the hood. Was packed with pine cones. They took pictures and showed me the results. Very appreciative of the care and time taken by the staff.

I have been impressed with Honda as a manufacturer of great cars. The cars are built to perform and outlast most of the other brands that are on the road today. I bought my first Honda in 1996 and have had great succsess with both my cars. The service at Sherwood Honda is always reliable. Because of staff member, Carolyn Lauinger who makes appointments and works at the service desk , it is always a pleasurable experience. She is patient, respectful and friendly. I always feel confident when I drop my car off.

They always call to schedule my next maintenance. It's done when they say it will be. There are no surprise add ons. And then the following day they call to see how the experience went and how the car is doing. I see that as great service. Plus the car is cleaner when they are done from when I gave it to them. No complaints in my end.

Staff at Sherwood Honda is always professional and very thorough. Always a good experience when taking my 2011 Ridgeline to them. Prices are competitive and service is second to none. I have recommended Sherwood Honda to all my friends. I will be a loyal customer for years to come!
