The experience was excellent. Everything we asked about was answered.We were told everything about the works of the car. Our salesman was great. Could' nt ask for better.

2014 Civic

I brought my 2014 Civic in for its regular maintenance service appointment and was asked if there was anything else of concern...I mentioned that when pressing on the accelerator, especially after shifting gears that there was a 'clinking' sound. I was informed that it was because of my after-market floor mats. The removed my driver's side mat and said that it was fixed. Upon driving my vehicle home from the dealership, the vehicle continued to make the same 'clinking' sound.

Once again, Sherwood Honda has done what they promised. They completed the service on time, on quote and with a smile, what more could you ask for. The dealership is always spotless and filled with friendly staff waiting to give you a hand. I will be back as I always am!

We were quite happy with the sales component. Sam did a wonderful job. The weather stripping around the windshield was missing. We had to return twice to get it fixed. As well, the first time the wipers were used, they malfunctioned. On one of our return trips to deal with the windshield, the wipers were fixed relatively easily. It was a little frustrating.
