Always supportive

I have had my vehicle for nearly five years now. Sherwood Honda's service team has always been helpful and quick. They advise me on my car's needs without gouging me, their prices are reasonable, and they always have quick and friendly service. Even when my car needed longer servicing, I was given a free rental car without asking for one. The lifetime free car washes have saved me hundreds of dollars.

Nothing wrong but nothing exceptional

Service has always treated us well, much like a 3 or 4 star hotel. A more personalized experience, an improved proactive approach to service (tell me more about my car that I know myself, nobody wants a suprise) and an actual car wash (been there many many times but never once had our car washed) would be deserving of a 5 star rating.

We were originally looking for a new Honda Fit and the staff were very attentive without being pushy. They understood that I had already done my "homework" on what I was looking for in a vehicle. They were very respectful when I realized that I couldn't afford to buy the vehicle right away but did follow up with emails and phone calls. When I decided that to test drive a more affordable make and model of car, the staff notified me that they had a slightly used one on the lot. I arranged for a test drive and again the staff were impeccable in their customer service. I think that my only negative experience is that with the original Honda Fit there was very little wiggle room to negotiate price. I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased, and the service I received. When I have to purchase another vehicle I will return to Sherwood Honda, and have recommended friends to make SH their first stop when looking for a car.

Everyone was super friendly! Even upon my return to pick up my car - everyone addressed me by my first name. These two aspects are rare these days so it was nice to see

This is the only place I take my car for service. They are fast, friendly, and reliable. I've never had any issue and they always do their best to fit me in last minute.

My sales rep was awesome! He was personable, respectful to my wants and needs and made my purchase easy. Although I waited over a month for my vehicle, it was well worth it!

Care about out of town customers

Take in for service even without appointment, it was convenient for out of town customers. Also, complement car wash was nice.

I only come to Sherwood Honda for an oil change. There's always a lot of people waiting which means they're making a good business. I haven't had any bad experience when it comes to service. They always meet my car's needs.

2005 Honda odessey

My advisor was nice and missed a day of work do to illness so had a day on limbo not knowing my van status. Was billed I believe 1.5 to find the feul leak? Going to call and ask how it took so long to find, notes say looked under van could see feul leaking ? Also wanted the nosie fixed in the front end...which was not until after test drive double confirmed the noise after fixing front end links and bushings. Everyone is always nice to deal with. Also had my van for a week and usually you wash if weather permits that being said after a gas leak thought it was probably needed at least under the van
