Had a concern about a safety feature, no response from anyone at dealership

The lane watch in my '14 civic, unreasonably lags when I turn my right signal on. I sent a an email with included video to someone at the dealership months ago. Have heard nothing back. This is a safety feature I paid extra for and I feel is not working properly. No one has responded and it has been months. Not good customer service as far as I'm concerned.

The Service at Sherwood Honda is exceptional compared to other dealships that I have been to.

They have been very accommodating whenever I need to get in on short notice. The intake process goes very smoothly and they are usually pretty accurate on the time of when the vehicle will be ready. Also, I love the fact that they wash my vehicle for me. The only thing I would like to comment on is they don't always remember to put the sticker on my window for when my next service should be scheduled. I really like having that so I have a reminder of when to rebook.

Had recall work done, due to a warranty issue. Kara had organized our appt to fit into our time schedule and lined up a replacement vehicle for us that suited our needs. Everything went smoothly and we had our vehicle repaired within the time she had told us. Everything went as well as could be expected. We have dealt with Kara previously and found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. There was nothing I can think of that was a negative related to the service provided.

Friendly and quick service

I had a great experience while getting my oil changed. There is always a comfortable seating area and wifi. My only complaint would be that my oil change took over an hour when I had scheduled an appointment and stated at the time the appointment was made I would be waiting. I was told most of the technicians went on a lunch break when I had arrived but I was informed that my oil change should take no more than an hour. I am aware however that issues arise and I would not change my rating based on this. It was simply a minor annoyance.
