Friendly and quick service

I had a great experience while getting my oil changed. There is always a comfortable seating area and wifi. My only complaint would be that my oil change took over an hour when I had scheduled an appointment and stated at the time the appointment was made I would be waiting. I was told most of the technicians went on a lunch break when I had arrived but I was informed that my oil change should take no more than an hour. I am aware however that issues arise and I would not change my rating based on this. It was simply a minor annoyance.

After seeing the used 2013 mazda 3 on autotrader, I came in to come and see it and fell in love. The dealer who worked with us was great, best dealership I have ever been to!

Before coming to sherwood honda i had a bad experience at the other dealership. I was expecting the same experience voming into sherwood and was very please at how patient, pleasent, and not rushed the service was. I had all my questions explained to me very well from the people who helped me. I was also very pleased with the other staff who were fast, efficient and happy to help me. It turned my day around and i love my new car.

My sales representative, Todd, was very knowlegeable and pleasant. I felt no pressure in buying a car, but had all my questions answered when needed. He went out of his way to find out options and was very patient with me. Thanks so much, Todd, for making buying a vehicle such an easy and wonderful experience.
