Jimmy was attentive, professional and personable. He took his time and didn't pressure us. All in all, we had a great buying experience. I would definitely recommend Jimmy to others looking to buy a Honda.

Dylan was a breath of fresh air. He gave us a fair price right away and did not try to sneak in any additional charges once we'd agreed on a price. He was thorough in introducing us to our new vehicle's features and helpful when we asked questions. I would recommend him highly.

We shopped at several dealerships and even one private sale. It was thanks to Dylan's straight forward approach and how he stuck by his word that brought us back. We were given a reasonable price right off the bat, not a bunch of games. This approach was appreciated and rewarded.

I cannot express enough how fortunate I feel to have landed on the steps of Sherwood Honda and into the office of Mark Lashuk. I originally went looking for a used vehicle back in February and received the most thorough and up front service I have ever had, without the pressure sales one immediately feels in so many of these situations making the experience so uncomfortable for many. When I was forced to make a purchase last week, I did not hesitate to go back to Sherwood Honda. I was able to contact Mark again and, again, received the most outstanding service in many areas. Mark's professionalism, communication skills, ease and overall understanding of his client's needs is nothing less than exemplary. He went above and beyond to ensure that the final product I drove off the lot was up to spec and wouldn't let it go until it met his inspection. I appreciated this so much as it is rare to see such consumer advocacy on behalf of a business. It is what will bring me back for years and years to come. Michael, in finance, took the time to walk me through my financing and patiently explained every detail, making sure I knew the finer points and didn't miss out on any important information, being totally informed and comfortable about my investment. I came in on another day with a couple more questions and was helped by Wong, who generously spent his time assisting me even though he didn't close the sale with me and he even helped me add on some options. Totally impressed by his willingness to help me in any way he could. On top of all of this, another member of this incredible team helped me out today. Without hesitation, Quinn immediately provided assistance and I was out and on my way. Just an incredible team of gentlemen. I also have to comment on the ladies at the front desk and the service department. So very friendly, taking the time to talk to me while I was waiting, making me feel like a valued customer. The courtesy rides available to customers are also much appreciated and a valued service provided by Sherwood Honda. Rick is such a great guy! One day, I will surely buy you a hotdog at Costco Rick! Thank you for such a positive customer experience everyone. Not only that, I love my new 'used' CRV!

I bought my Honda CRV which I love from this dealership. Good experience. Had it serviced a few times by them Service OK. Last and I repeat LAST time I went, my car starter wasnt working so they "checked" it. said it needs a new battery which they said they put in. I went out and tried it but it still wasnt working. back inside put new battery in charge me $15.00 did not check it as I saw them put the battery in..it should work. Next day gee its not working. Called and they said oh go see the people who install it and sent me to a place that they hadnt dealt with for 2 years.. Those people sent me to the correct people. My car starter was totally dead ..had been for some time and needed to be replaced. This is the day after Sherwood "checked" the starter and came to the conclusion that the only thing wrong was a $15 battery. If they LIE about something small like that makes me wonder about the big stuff?? I called them and was more or less passed around and told well its not really our problem?? Havent been back since which is to bad for them cause I would like to purchase a new Honda..but will be going elsewhere for that

I am always impressed how dedicated the staff are and when I pop in unexpected to get a car wash and it's done quickly. If there is a delay they let me know in advance since I'm often in a hurry and there has never been a time I'm unable to get it done. The staff is friendly and always have a smile. I enjoy coming especially having the VIP service with Honda and no charge for keeping a clean vehicle!
