Tires/ Wheel Mount

Very helpful! Kara informed me that my tires are too weak to mount to a new rim (my requested service) then went above and beyond and offered to find new tires for me that would be better than the ones i currently have- no luck but it was still appreciated!

Alignment of both my cars

Both of my vehicles are lowered and therefore require very special alignment specifications. Both times the service staff were able to accommodate my requests. The techs even made a point of coming out to discuss what I needed in detail. I'm very happy with the service as well as the work done to both my cars. I won't be going anywhere else with my s2000. Outstanding Service

I don't even own a Honda but I've taken my car here on three occasions - twice for emergency repairs to a tire. It's rare that a car dealership makes you feel like the most important customer of the day, but that is completely the case here. The people at Sherwood Honda have a can-do attitude and go over and above what they need to do. The most refreshing (and uncommon) part is that they are sincere about their commitment to you; there has never been an attempt to sell me on something else. I love my Acura, but I have to admit, if I were to shop for another car in the future, I'd consider giving this dealership my business.

Great customer service, very accommodating and no pressure. Robert responded promptly to my email I had sent enquiring about a pre-owned Ford Escape. He was very friendly and personable and kept me informed. I decided to purchase the Escape and the day I picked it up, Robert came in on his day off to hand over the keys. It was a painless and stress-free experience. It has been a few weeks now and I can honestly say I love my Escape and would recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone and everyone!
